Our Story
In 2016, Emberglow started as a concept, and continued to evolve ever since. Our concept and goal is simple - to maintain and preserve the longevity of your existing fireplace. We pride ourselves in honestly and quality work, while offering excellent customer service.
Gunter (owner/lead technician) has over 25 years experience in construction/home maintenance. He ran a successful residential/commercial painting company in New York for over 12 years, and takes pride in bringing his New York work ethic to every job. He relocated to Colorado in 2012 after falling in love with the Yampa Valley on a rafting trip, and has called Steamboat home ever since.
Our Services
A properly functioning fireplace is often the focal point of your home or vacation rental. When something goes wrong, we understand that not everyone has thousands of dollars to spend on a new one. In reality, a large majority of the time, parts can be replaced and we can get your fireplace up and running again quickly.
Fun Facts About US
I am happy to call this town home and are so fortunate to be able to raise my son here. When we are not repairing fireplaces, you can find us on the mountain, playing disc golf, biking the Core Trail, or camping at one of our many "secret" spots.
